Rainy Day = Seafood Noodle Kind of Day
You know those days when you just crave a warm bowl of seafood noodles?
Last weekend, we slept in (because why not?đ) and whipped up a quick and delicious bowl of homemade seafood noodle with just a few simple ingredients I had at home!
With just coin broth (dashi stock), fish sauce, and soy sauce, you can easily make a rich and flavorful broth. Throw in your favorite veggies & seafood.
đ˝ď¸ Ingredients
- Broth tablets (or dashi stock) - 3 coin
- Anchovy fish sauce - 3 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- Zucchini
- Carrot
- Mushrooms
- Onion
- Shrimp
- Octopus (we added)
How to Make It
- In a pot of boiling water, add coin broth, fish sauce, and soy sauce. Let it simmer.
- Add in the chopped veggies and let them cook.
- Toss in the kalguksu noodles and let them soften.
- Finally, add the seafoods and let it all come together!
And thatâs itâa simple, soul-warming bowl of seafood noodle is ready!
This dish is absolutely perfect for rainy days or chilly weather, and honestly, you donât even need side dishesâjust some kimchi on the side and youâre all set!
Since the broth comes together so easily with coin broth, fish sauce, and soy sauce, you can totally customize this with as many veggies and seafood as you like.
