Ingredients
- Beef (500g) – thinly sliced for bulgogi
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 5 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 3 tbsp
- Minced garlic - 1 tbsp
- A pinch of black pepper
- Vegetables (choose your favorites!): Onion, Green onion, Mushrooms
How to Make it
- Sprinkle sugar over the beef and let it sit for 10-20 minutes—this helps make the meat extra tender.
- While waiting, slice the veggies into thin strips.
-
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, minced garlic, and all the veggies to the marinated beef. Mix well!
-
Heat a pan on high heat, add a little oil, and stir-fry everything until the meat is cooked and the veggies are tender.
And that’s it!
Now you are the best Korean chef in your home!
