Creamy Shin Ramyun
I whipped up a super simple yet incredibly delicious dish using Shin Ramyun! It’s easy, but thanks to the magic of instant noodle seasoning, it tastes amazing.

🍽️ Ingredients
- 1 pack of Shin Ramyun
- Onion (sliced)
- Shrimp (as much as you want!)
- Milk 250ml
- Cheddar cheese
- Butter
How to Make It
- Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water.
- In a separate pan, melt butter and put onion and shrimp until fragrant.
- Pour in 250ml of milk.

Transfer the cooked noodles to the pan and stir-fry them lightly with the onion and shrimp.

Add the entire Shin Ramyun seasoning packet and stir well.
- Toss in a slice of cheddar cheese and mix until it melts into a rich, creamy sauce.
This turned out so creamy and flavorful!
I usually can’t handle super heavy, creamy dishes, but thanks to Shin Ramyun’s iconic seasoning, it wasn’t overwhelming at all. The onion and shrimp balanced out the flavors perfectly!
If you want to switch it up, try adding bacon or mushrooms—both would be amazing in this dish.
